All orders are processed and shipped the same day until 3:00 PM (EST). Any order received after the cutting off will be shipped the next business day. We ship our products through UPS, USPS, FEDEX AND other domestic carriers for free standard shipping or using priority service which will have an additional fee within the USA. Delivery time is about 2 to 6 days. Domestic Expedited shipping is available at a cost depending on the order size and weight. Prices and options can be seen at checkout. International shipping is available at a cost depending on the order size and weight. Prices and options can be seen at checkout.

Returns Policy
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse.
Returning an order:

We appreciate you as a valued customer and we look forward to providing you with the best possible purchasing experience in the future. 

If for any reason you need to return or replace your Capsucup order, you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price within 30 days from the order date.

1. send us an email to hello@sterlingoods.com with your order details and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label to return any unused product. Once we receive the return, we will refund 100% of your order.
